Vinetta at the James Bond office on Buford Road near the Gwinnett County jail was fantastic. She was courteous, friendly, thorough, informative, and once I paid the bond, she went over to the jail within a couple of minutes to set it up with the jail so I could get my son out. He was out within 30 or 40 minutes of her taking the paperwork to the jail. The multiple questions the bond company asks are so that should a defendant skip bail, not show up for a court appearance, etc., they can find the guarantor (one who puts the money up) and the one who skips. If they can't get the person who skips back, then they will go after the guarantor. This is clear on their website. At any rate, I was very, very impressed with Vinetta. What a gem.

I called them to get a simple quote and she proceeded to ask me 10 million questions as If I was accepting the bond amount. She stated that they had to take all of this personal information just to give me a quote. Total waste of time.
