great customer service. good variety of weights. plenty of cardio machines. wish they had more squat racks. only flaw:not enough cleaning supplies. got minor pink eye after first visit. though I will continue to go.

Half the treadmills never work properly. The men's locker room is disgusting. There is no onsite janitor that I can see. If there is, they suck at their job, because every time I go in, there's piss always on the toilet seats, toilet paper all over the floor. There are towels all over the place, the floors are dirty. Over by the Smith Machine, there is a horrible stench coming from the floor near the door to the hot tub.

Been members since 2014, its close to me. so that's a plus. My son likes to go to play in the kids gym. Sometimes because they are understaffed you have to wait until someone picks up their child or until they can get another staff member in there. I feel as a paying customer thats not my problem. If i come during the hours that the kids gym is open my child should be able to play regardless. Can be an inconvenience.

I have given feedback to the management and they have fixed one or two of the problems but there are still too many issues to rate any higher. The men’s locker room has never been clean in the 3 years I have been a member. There is always dirt and grime on the floor to include the showers. They remodeled the sauna which was awesome but then do not enforce the no shoes policy and it is very quickly becoming filthy again (one would not want to sit on the lower level because many patrons rest their dirty street shoes there and the wood is already very dirty and discolored). I have had to repeatedly ask others to please take off their shoes while in the sauna. There has often been a very fowl odor at the hot tub door near the smith machine. Last time I was there I had to try 5 treadmills before I finally found one that didn’t skip (I weigh 230#). Being open 24 hours is nice and it is quiet in the wee hours of the morning. They were very good about putting my membership on hold while i was deployed and then picking my contract up when I returned (I bought the pre-paid 2-year membership from Costco). The weights are very rarely put away in order. I will admit that many of the problems come from very ill mannered people, who leave trash and towels laying around, don’t re-rack their weights, wear dirty shoes in the sauna, etc. However, I expect the place to be clean and orderly regardless of the patronage. Enforce your rules and kick people out if they don’t follow them. I will not be renewing my membership upon expiration. They need a cleaning staff to be working 24/7 and they need a full time employees to do nothing but re-rack weights properly if they aren’t going to enforce the patrons to do the right thing. They might think that they are going to alienate some if they enforce the rules but they will attract better people in the long run and we don’t want slobs in the gym anyway.

Quiet and clean if you're in there before 7am like I am...also nice to have such a big gym not smell like feet and bad B.O.
