I started going to this studio on a whim. I have always loved the artistry and athletic degree of connection in pole dancing. Ten years ago I watched Fawnia's (the proprietor) instructive DVDs and now I was walking into her school. The class has two locations, one near The Strip, the other in Summerlin. I prefer the one on the Strip as they have two large classrooms. By accident, I walked into a choreographed class in progress. A wide range of female and male dancers, body shapes and sizes, differing heights, all moving together, feeling themselves and embracing their bodies. From the first class I felt welcome, encouraged, and was amazed that for the first time, a self-professed left-footed nerd, sexy with the simple moves and the ease in which the teacher, Nikki, could make uncomfortable hesitancy into a joke we could all share. I recommend these classes frequently to friends of types and have been attending 1-2 classes a week for the last three months. I plan on many more.
Thanks to the group at Pole Fitness. You are all amazing teachers that provide a much needed lightness of being.

I’ve been going to to the Arville location now for 3 months now and can’t stop going! All the staff is friendly and welcoming. They encourage everyone to be social and welcome new people. I’ve had class with all the Arville instructors and all are great teachers and inspirational. If you like to have fun and meet great new people I recommend doing pole fitness there!

We took this class for a bachelorette party this past weekend and it was a blast!! Our instructor was So much fun. We were all very much beginners so I think she stuck the basics. I feel like we all got a little bit of unexpected exercise and learned a few stripper moves too. :)

The people are all very nice and super encouraging. So far I have taken a stretch class, which was more intense than I thought but the instructor was so patient with me and helpful. She made modifications for me so I could do everything as best as I would be able. A pole level one class, again the instructor was nice and encouraging. Helped me with anything and made sure I was comfortable and helped me do each move the best I could. Then I took a bootcamp class and almost died, Haha! That instructor also was super nice though. I don't know if I will do that one again, it's a bit too intense for my fibromyalgia but I think it would be super for anyone who doesn't have any disabilities.
