This place is a joke.. the " trainers" have no clue what they are doing and spend more time recording each other working out and staring and commenting on women working out then anything else. I do t need a trainer but I would never suggest anyone go here, can't wait till my membership is over, so unprofessional. For 10$ a month there are so many better gyms out there.

Small gym good for quick workout. My problem with it is that there are no employees here on weekend so it seems. I had a problem with equipment and through my entire workout I have seen no staff on the floor or behind the desk. This is an unacceptable customer service. Maybe management needs to look into whom they employ.

Its your basic gym. The equipment is descent and its good enough to work with. The place looks a little worn out but i didnt expect much for the 10$ monthly i pay for, after the 100$ sign up fee, and their hidden anual fee of 30$ for the year. All that after you decide to give up your checkings bank account to their payment plan.. no guess passes. Contains one squat rack. 1 squat rack. Their choice of music: expect to hear adele heartbreak hello in the rain at least once everytime you walk in. Nothing against adele, i just think there is a more appropiate music selection to play rather than trying to sympathize with multiple artist relationship problems while you work out. I would like to suggest they play 90s hiphop. Sincerely, Your average gym attendee

Doesn't have the latest and greatest equipment BUT the management is terrific, the deal for a membership is great and really I don't need any super crazy equipment so that isn't too bad. So in reality? Cool place, staff needs to have some more enthusiasm BUT last time I was in he was awesome and caring and yeah I know not the most upbeat place to be but the Manager who has sent me texts seems to be great. But hey, everyone has his or her ups and down, so I don't fault the staff completely, just saying to everyone ignore how some of the staff is, give the place a chance!

This gym is filthy. I don't think they even clean the place. Just look at the AC exposed duct work. Layers of dust on them. Place makes me sick every time i go. I stopped going
