FSY FITNESS

Love the Teachers and it's a very welcoming environment. I might actually stick to the gym with FSY! I love it more than any gym experience in my life. I love that its a small intimate gym, no huge parking lot, or trek across open weight area... It's just cozy, friendly and you get right down to working out. No fuss! It's like running into a private workout room in your home, sweating it out... and then your done! I highly recommend Bethany's Hot Barre class she's phenomenal at motivating you! I 100% recommend FSY! (unless you take my spot in my favorite class! No really, I'd love to keep it my own little secret... it's that awesome!)

When you walk into the FSY Studio. The staff are beyond friendly and up beat. I am currently doing the 30 days for 30.00 dollars and will be continuing to work out there after that is up. The classes are 45 min long and they offer different classes. Three rooms of greatness. I have not done a cycling class yet. The coaches are just what anyone needs, when you feel like you can’t go on, they are right there to push you to a level you didn’t know you had.

I cycle there for about a year. I like all the instructors, they all bring something different to the cycle class. The music is loud, dynamic, it's a "hot room" and you sweat. The employees are smiling and professional all the time. I like this place and I highly recommend. Come to have Fun!

I'm so happy I discovered FSY Fitness two years ago. FSY offers a variety of class options, each being fun and challenging in their own way. No matter what condition you are in, you can modify the classes to get the most out of your time. I love losing myself to the music in the Cycle classes, and the exhaustion and strength gained from pushing myself in Tread. Don't forget Hot Pilates and Bootcamp, and be sure to book with veteran instructors Vance for Tread and Kat for Cycle!

Vance put us through an ingenious and great workout today!! they are arleady expanding! this place is incredibly better than any other place.
