Not too crowded which is nice but it's always freezing. I don't see why you would keep the temp inside a gym at like 60°, it's really frustrating. Plus the lack of natural light and color is pretty depressing. I feel like there is a lot you can do to make this gym better especially in comparison to their other locations.

EOS fitness on eastern in Henderson Nevada is the worst if I could give no stars I would-I cancelled my personal trainer back at the end of January after a discounted trial and it took the gym two months to actually cancel meanwhile charging me over and over for sessions that weren’t scheduled or used and that I wasn’t even aware of since I was told it would be cancelled at the end of January. Finally after seeing bank charges for two months I called and cancelled again and talked to several different staff members and managers and every time I called back I was told it didn’t happen and that person no longer works there but they would take care of it and refund my money- they never did! Finally when they cancelled my personal training in March I was so fed up with the service I cancelled my gym membership as well and was told yet again it would be taken care of. I am still being charged to the point I had to cancel my bank card and have a new one issued to get the fees to stop, I’ve talked to every manager in the place and their ABC financial company. I refuse to pay anymore money to this gym! DONT SIGN UP, don’t go here, they will charge you ridiculous fees and if you try to cancel they will keep charging you and even threaten collections. Any other gym would be better then this place. Crooks!!

Very spacious. Not a lot of people in there around early afternoon. Great variety of machines. Most in working condition. Has a girls workout room, spin room, cardio center with lots of tvs and child care. Looked to be pretty clean. Didn’t notice any sterilizing stations though. My main gym on Stephanie has disinfectant bottles and paper towel in many areas of the gym.

I see why the reviews are low at this location. Not saying anything more, but it depends on who you know. I had a pass in the past for a 3-day complimentary session. Now, I'll look elsewhere. What could've been a nice experience leave me thinking twice. I star for convenience to shop in open mall complex after workout. Ask for Todd if you need help. He knows best.
