Great little gym and has everything you need. Very quiet and hardly ever busy. It's everything you could ask for in a gym that's as conveniently located as this one.

Proximity is very important but outside of that it can be hard to justify the price when things are so competitive and the most of the cardio equipment is second hand with maintenance issues. The ownership is outstanding though! so keep all that in mind. Very good people. And it's never legitimately busy so if you prefer more quiet then this is your place.

My husband and I have had a membership at this gym for about 9 months. Throughout that time, a lot of the equipment seems to always be broken. The equipment is 2nd hand so it's not that great to begin with. In order to use the treadmills, you have to carefully maneuver yourself to get it started otherwise it won't work. The gym is often dirty and, at one point, I noticed mold in the water dispenser because it hadn't been cleaned at all. Also, the lock on the door doesn't completely latch shut so being there alone can potentially be dangerous. Lastly, make sure you cancel ASAP because they will charge you an additional month even if you don't plan on using it for that month because of the poor quality and broken equipment. I would definitely check out the other gyms that are more established in the area like LVAC before signing up for this gym.

Love it! Plenty of quality equipment and well-maintained. The staff is terrific. If you are looking for a local neighborhood gym, then this place is the best!
