Worst omelette ever! I ordered a blue cheese omelette. What came was so brown that I sent it back. The replacement came and somehow, it still was brown on the outside but completely soupy on the inside. To make things worse, the replacement was American cheese. I ate the toast, potatoes, and sausage, paid my check and left. I won't eat there again. The cook should be fired.
Nice little authentic diner on the Upper East Side. It's not fancy but has a nice selection of simple delicious food and the service is impeccable and friendly. My favorite local diner for now.
A classic NYC dinner. Nothing fancy but a reliable place to get a hearty breakfast and a few cups of coffee. One of the few places in the city not changing $20 for some eggs and bacon too. BravoFood: 4/5
The service at the restaurant is horrible. The food is great so you have a choice to make. You just have to deal with old school bitter waiters and waitresses to get to the food. Once you get your meal there will be no service anyway so just enjoy it.
How diners should be. Good cheap food with excellent service and you never feel rushed to leave. Had a very relaxing breakfast for dinner here. Will definitely be returning.
Best diner. Totally recommend if you want a sandwhich and waffle. Service was great host sooo sweet. Will be back!
Excellent breakfast for great price. I had the western omelet with whole grain toasts, my daughter had the Belgian Waffle with a generous side of bacon. All served with complimentary 4-ounce orange juice and coffee. Good service! I paid $22.00, tax and 18% tip included. My waiter was a Mexican I think guy salt & pepper hair who could not be sweeter or more attentive.
The food is okay. But the staff is sweet, its a great place to get the authentic new york diner vibes in the UES and should be a tourist destination.
Awesome. I had Cheese Omelete and coffee. Loved the food. The staff is very friendly. Prices are low. Great value.
Do you want a lamb chop, moist brisket or BBQ short ribs each for under $15 in northern-most section of the upper east side? Well look no further! This place is like a Denny’s or iHop on steroids. The menu is about 8 pages long and they serve everything from Mexican to Italian. The place comfortable and cozy, and the waiters know their customers by name. It’s been around for longer than most of its attendees and it’s not stopping anytime soon. Great spot! Great ambiance! Not a 5-star restaurant, but definitely worth coming to.
