My wife and I were looking for a place where we could train together even though we had different personal goals. Brenda was able to ascertain our needs and provide us with a trainer that was a perfect match for our physical needs as well as our personalities. We really enjoy working with our trainer Carrie. She provides us with different challenges every visit that improve our core strength, balance, flexibility, and muscle development. These routines often vary in difficulty between my wife and I because our needs are different, yet we are able to enjoy our workouts simultaneously. 4Everfit provides a fun and enjoyable atmosphere in which we can both attain our goals.

My wife and I were first introduced to Brenda and 4Everfit through a class offered through the recreation department. From the very beginning she and her staff have been overwhelmingly supportive. 
I love the personal attention and flexible hours.
It's also great to work out in a place where you can be yourself; nobody to "impress."

It is the best atmosphere I've experienced for working out.
This is not a place full of pushy salespeople, but rather one that is staffed by true experts in the field of fitness. 

Special needs?
I have a serious back injury.
The staff is trained to tailor workouts specifically for individual needs.

4Everfit is a great place and I recommend it highly!

My experience at 4EverFit has been positive from the first day I started training.  The studio has a friendly, casual atmosphere, with no high pressure sales pitch.  The trainers are knowledgeable and professional, and they strive to help you achieve your fitness goals.  Brenda is an excellent trainer, as well as a superb weight loss coach.  She understands the things I struggle with and motivates me to keep going. I give 5 stars to the entire 4EverFit team!

I give Brenda a top-notch endorsement for all she as done for me.  She is an amazing individual, knows the body well, and is extremely eager to help her clients lose weight and keep it off.  As a Certified Weight Loss Specialist, Brenda taught me a lot about eating correctly and how to maximize the time I spend exercising.  She saved my life and I appreciate all she did for me.  She is fantastic in her field.  I have many ailments, and unable to do different strength training, but she worked around all my problems.  I love her dearly.  The other trainers at 4EverFit were also very welcoming and supportive during my weight loss journey.  The environment was so much more comfortable than the big gyms and made the difference for me in staying on track and meeting my goal.  I highly recommend 4EverFit for anyone wanting to get in shape, regardless of their age or current condition.

I completed a 10 week personal training program here with Erika and had a wonderful experience.  The studio is intimate and the environment is non intimidating.  HIghly recommended!
