5-Star Movers | Local & Long Distance Moving Company | Jeffersonville, Floyds Knobs, New Albany

I used an online search to check out moving companies. After researching & talking to a few major van lines, I decided to check out this locally owned small business. II promptly received follow up from owner/manager, Jonathan. He reàssured me that they were experienced with long distance moves, as well as, explaining how they operate, details of the time anticipates, & how they pack. LOTS of energy and it was easy to tell that customer satisfaction is a must for this company. I scheduled my mother's move approx 1 month ahead with ongoing communication via text and call if needed. Since it was a move to Illinois with LOTS of glassware and keepsakes, I was concerned about damage or breakage - all arrived intact and done in one day! Long day but Jonathan made sure he was there throughout along with Cary and another polite, hard-working young man.

Had called the office manager (JON) to get a quote for a local move. Off the bat Jon starts explaining how they operate, every detail of the time quoted and how time will be spent. At that point I could honestly tell that customer satisfaction is a must for this company. I scheduled my move 2 weeks prior. They keep in touch throughout the first week but didn’t hear from them the second week. They told me that they might not be able to call everybody throughout the week because they were EXTREMELY BUSY so give them a call or text. Very understanding, so I called Jon and he answered right away. Day of the move: 3 young professionals arrived, READY TO WORK! I have hired major van lines for my employees and these guys are as TOP-NOTCH & EFFICIENT as they come. Jon quoted me 5-8 hours and they got it done right at 5.00 hours. Very Affordable, Excellent Communication, Top-Notch Young Professionals. 👍🌟

Jon and company did a great job. I had a fairly small move, basically one room of stuff, a very heavy desk, dressers, etc. They scheduled to get me moved very quickly. They had a move before mine on the same day, and it ran a little late due to circumstances beyond their control. Jon let me know immediately and stayed in communication until they got to my place. They moved quickly and carefully and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Kentuckiana moving was amazing. I recently joined the military. And had the stress of moving to shortly follow. When I say I sat back and took it easy. That's exactly what I did. Jonathan and Riyadh were not only professional, but very fast, and efficient. These guys truly are young professionals. I HIGHLY recommend these young men to do your next move. They sure made it easier on my behalf not to mention very easy on my wallet. Thank you again guys.
