Soft Touch Moving & Storage Co

Timely, caring, professional, and affordable. I went out for multiple quotes and selected soft touch based on their quote. The guys showed up on time with the right size truck. The crew of four led by Ben Mitchell was amazing. They took the time to move everything carefully with out damaging any of my furniture. I have multiple heavy "juicy" pieces of oak and the guys handled them great. I really couldn't be more pleased. Oh, and they finished $200 under the estimate, enabling me to leave them a decent tip. The guys work by the hour and there was no loafing or sandbagging, hard work all day. Thanks again guys, I really appreciate it.

I am going to give Soft Touch 2 reviews: This initial one will be of my experience of communication, the walk-through and overall professionalism prior to the actual relocation effort. The 2nd review will be post relocation. When the owner of a business personally conducts the hands-on walk-through and estimate, that is a very good sign. As I read through other customer or (non-customer) reviews, I enjoyed John Crafts remarks to justify or negate reviews on his company. Classy organization so far. If the move goes as well as my initial impression, they will receive 5-stars on May 31st.

Where do I began.. Thank you, Thank you. John, Eric, Monica, Daniel, Ben, Anthony, Carter, Sam, Rickie. This was by far a very stressful, emotional move for myself.. Not only did the owner, John.. Take time out of his busy day, n come talk with me n walk thru my home. Go over all the ins/outs beforehand of the move , n yet reassure me his crews could do this big move job on my crucial deadline. And poor Eric me calling into shop, so stressed out over move/process, lol.. And him making sure the move was set up w/enough crew, time, always answering my questions. This crew was absolutely amazing, extremely professional, very polite, on time, and took excellent care of all my antiques. This is my 4th time using Soft Touch Moving & Storage Company. I highly recommend to anyone. Local, or Out of State. I've also used them for an out of state move in past. Again, Thank You All for making this difficult move easier on me.. Much appreciated!

Locally owned and operated was a big plus for me. Moving is stressful and the guys did their best to make it as easy as possible. Would recommend them to anyone.

If possible I would rate this company with no stars what so ever. Their name should be 3 Men and A Nightmare Movers. The crew sent to me had no idea what they were doing. I have thousand s of dollars of damage and will be filing a lawsuit against them. They didn't even announce they were finish. They just drove off as they knew that they had made damaged so many items. Four calls to the office and the owner never called back. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE SOMEONE ELSE!
