U-Haul Moving & Storage of Downtown

This place was truly awesome because of Melissa. I was very frustrated and need of a truck in need of help getting moved and a million other things that were happening that day. Melissa was able to give me directions get me a truck scheduled even give me some ideas about getting professional movers. When I came to pick up the truck a couple of days later she was even better. The whole process was quick and painless. Thanks Melissa you're the best!

The staff was really helpful. My uhal wa ready on time, all the fees were explained to me and it made moving less stressful that they were so prepared.

First lady was really nice, then a second one called me and was a bit rude. Overall a good experience.

By far the best Uhaul in Indianapolis. I've used six different Uhaul locations around Indy (I know, weird right? Helping friends and old people move on a fairly regular basis) and this is by far the most convenient, fair, forgiving Uhaul franchise. Ill never go to another franchise again, provided I'm in Central Indiana :)
