The staff are rude and can't get their facts straight whatsoever. I went over to the location on shadeland avenue and Rodney and people provided superior service and were very polite. Top notch customer service like I always get from Rodney.

Very easy to schedule online.  Quick and easy pick up and drop off.  Check in was also quick and easy.

I went to purchase boxes.  The buff young male cashier was kind enough to let me pull the boxes myself, then struggle out the door while providing no assistance.
