My husband and I researched numerous moving/shipping options and U-Pack was the most affordable and convenient option we could find for the amount of stuff we needed to move. Everything went smoothly and the customer service was great! We will definitely recommend them and use them again the future if need be.

Using U-Pack is 100% the best option. The delivery drivers were awesome on both ends. They placed the U-pack exactly in the place I need it to be. In addition, you can also call the day the U-pack is to be delivered to get a better estimate of the arrival time. Overall it was great. I would use U-Pack again in the future. If you are moving with large furniture get 2 U-packs or more.

Everything went well when I got my things my mattress has been slightly ruined and rest no one responded to my request on how to rectify it. Other than that the customer service was great and the communication regarding my delivery was good.

I used U-Pack to move from Indiana to California and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Very smooth!

It was smooth experience when we moved the tracking mechanism is fantastic there was so much peace of nind with Upack. Loved there service.
