600 Washington is the best living experience I’ve had as a 25 year resident of NYC. The entire staff in the building from maintenance to front desk concierge to management staff within the building are the absolute best! They are like family to me. The building is always clean. The lobby of the building is always welcoming and cozy. I always feel safe. It will be very difficult to part ways with such a wonderful building and the most amazing staff.
The team at 600 Washington is top notch! Finishing my first year here and I renewed for another. Great location and units recently renovated. Staff is super attentive and all around good people. It's pricey but you get what you pay for here
600 Washington is the BEST building I've ever lived in my 5 years in NYC. The building management is phenomenal and goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect and working. Nothing has ever broken down. Never had any pests or rodents. The area is gorgeous, right next the river and great cafes. Don't think twice, sign the lease!
I have lived here for the last 5 years and it's been great. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. If anything goes wrong however ,just call Abdul the service manager and he will take care of it right away. Anna is also very helpful. Thank you guys
My time at 600 Washington could not have been better. I absolutely loved living in this building! The apartments are bright and updated. The staff is helpful, positive and very welcoming. The service team run by Abdul is absolutely fantastic, all of my repairs and request were responded to and taken care of within a day or two. I would rate 10 stars if I could! :
The coziest and friendliest home of 5 years running. The staff are top notch and location in this quiet corner of the West Village is unmatched.

I love this building! The interiors are excellent, and the service is what sets it apart. The doormen are fantastic – always helpful and pleasant. The service team run by Abdul is also top-notch. A special thanks to Steven for resolving a plumbing issue in my apartment with such courtesy and efficiency :D
We’ve loved living in the building, the doormen and staff have become an extended family. Couldn’t recommend more!
