For 20 years they have been my go-to place for business card design, advertising, last minute projects for my daughter etc.. Hands down the best customer service and amazing graphic designers to boot.

This was the worst printing and retail business experience ever. Dan, who was the principle directing this order turned over it over to a newby within 24 hours of ordering without direction or any of my file emails. When I was asked to resend and re-explain everything, I was dismayed and disgruntle that Dan had dropped the ball and to make matters worst, his sub was ruide so I chose to wait for Dan's return...I got a lot of excuses and apologies and after several weeks of interations, I was told to come in to proof the business cards that we were asked to pay for in full in advance. The proof was not UV Spot on the logo as requested; was on the cheapest weight of paper, and the logo had not been enlarged as requested per sample I had originally submitted and promised that it was completely duplicatable. Then, when I was shocked and dismayed for waiting over a month for this work to be processed, and the cards were nothing like the sample, I requested to see the original sample to show the discrepencies and was told it was "lost"! The level of unfriendlness from the receptionist to the workers that I experience was overwhelmingly horrible on top of the attitude and overall staff incompetence. I will never step into this place again. I felt humiliated and beyond disappointed. Dan treated me like I was the reason for the breakdowns. I finally did get a full refund for 2500 cards and took my $1,700 printing price tag else were!

Christian is great! He's helped me with multiple projects and I'm always happy when I leave. He's very responsive, friendly and has delivered on all of my projects!

These guys helped me print 2 documents that were in European document sizes (yes, they're different, who knew?) and came in damaged PDF files. They took a lot of time to help me and they didn't even charge me for it. If I lived here, I would throw away my printer and you'd have a lifelong customer! Thanks so much.
