DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! The work they do is fine. However, they are very dishonest when it comes to their business practices. Twice, my wife has taken her vehicle there. Twice she has gotten a quote for services before she brought the vehicle in. Twice, the price she was charged was almost 50% higher than the quote she was given! She had the same service performed each time. Each time, she wanted two run flat tires mounted and balanced with the new tires put on the rear and the older tires from the rear moved to the front. She was very specific when asking for her quote. The first question out of her mouth was asking if they mount run flat tires, as some shops do not. However, when she picked up the vehicle, the woman collecting the “ransom” claimed that the price would be higher because, “they did not know the tires were run flats.” That was a bold faced lie as that was they first thing that was discussed when she brought the car in. However, they held her keys and stated, “We’ll gladly hold onto your car all day and remove the tires for you and not charge you.” She chalked that one up to a miscommunication. Hey, that happens from time to time.
Fast forward.....she wants the exact same service. She asks for a quote. She is EXTREMELY specific about what she wants so as to avoid the same miscommunication. She brought the car in. Guess what???? The bill was 50% higher than the quote she was given!!! This time she is told that the quote she was given didn’t include moving the old tires from the rear to the front when they installed the new tires. Really? An additional 50%??? My wife is not an idiot. She was very specific when she asked for her quote and even double checked the price they quoted. And the original quote included all taxes.
Now, the additional monies charged aren’t going to put me into bankruptcy. That’s not the point. The point is that they obviously try to take advantage of women thinking that women don’t know anything about cars and can be easily mislead. The padding of the bill was intentional and misleading. Nothing annoys me more than getting intentionally ripped off! It’s not that easy to find a shop that acts with honesty and integrity these days. And you’re not going to find it at Quick tire. Buyer beware!

Not a chance in this lifetime will I ever go back to this place. Brought in my car to have the brakes and oil changed, normal annual changes. I told them the brakes had been shaking for a little bit so I figured both front and rear needed to be changed. They told me they would look and that they would call me when it was all set, I dropped it off first thing in the morning. They called me probably 3 or 4 hours later and said that the fronts were fine but the backs needed to be replaced so I said go for it. They did adamantly try to get me to buy new tires though, which were completely unnecessary as they still have much of a life in them. Fast forward an additional 4 hours and I had to call to check in seeing as it's taken so long and they said it was all set so almost $500 later I picked it up. About a week passing my car needs to be brought in again because my breaks are still vibrating and now we've added some loud squeaking, but no way was I going back to this place. I drove an hour to take it to my old mechanic where I used to live and they said the front brakes should absolutely have been changed and were causing damage to my rotors since they were past due. They also confirmed my tires were fine and still had plenty of tread to last me awhile. So now another $400 later my brakes are much better and back to normal. Still can't believe they said my front brakes were fine. Will never take another vehicle back here and wouldn't recommend anyone else to either.

Very disappointed with my experience at A Quick. I brought in our family car for an oil change and they somehow cracked the pan where the drain bolt threads in. We did not have an oil leak before we went in. Not only did we experience this mechanical mishap (which I understand, can happen) the gentleman at the front desk acted totally unprofessional afterwords; making threatening eye contact and getting loud when I questioned what had happened. I felt strong armed into replacing the pan at an exorbitant cost. Perhaps things have changed there but by reading many of these posts it sounds like the same practices continue.

I had a slow leak in a tire on my minivan a few months back. I came outside to find my van with a very very flat tire before a long drive to work, and I knew I was going to be late or miss the job entirely if I didn't get it fixed promptly.
My spare tire was completely rusted through and absolutely unfit for the road.
These guys had my car in and out of the shop within an hour of arriving, and when they handed back my keys they let me know that they didn't want me hitting the road with such a dangerous spare as my backup and had thrown a brand new one in the back seat at no extra charge.
I got to work on time, got on the road safely and securely, and they fixed the problem permenantly all for 40$ flat. I was super impressed, this shop is awesome!!

There is nothing quick about A Quick Tire. They said it would be done in 15 min and an hour later the truck hasn’t been in for a plug.
