TIRE MD

Update: I went back to Tire MD for an oil change, and the nice gentleman at the counter apologized to me for my experience. He had seen my Google review, and apologized to me in private. I've changed my review to 4 stars, because the actions of one employee don't reflect the business or the caliber of their employees in general. They're great people who do excellent work. I had a strange experience with these guys yesterday. My original review had them at 5 stars, but I changed my mind. Dropping my car off was fine. The employees were nice. It was quick and easy. I had problems when I came to pick the car up. Then problem is just one of the employees. I came into the shop to pick up my car. The employee (bald with tattoos on his arms) was talking on his personal phone. I stood at the counter waiting to pay for my car for around ten minutes. The employee was dropping f-bombs, calling things pieces of sh**, and generally being disrespectful to me as a customer by not getting off of his personal phone call. Another employee came out and took care of me after around ten minutes. This guy was great. The work done on my car is great, but this one employee was extremely disrespectful. I don't know if I'll go to Tire MD again after this experience. I'm not offended by swearing, but the guy refused to serve me while I stood at the counter, just because he wanted to take a personal call. It's inexcusable to take a personal call when a customer needs your help, and even worse when you're cursing on that call. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a low tire pressure light on my car and was about to travel quite a distance so I needed to have a quick check and air put in the tires if needed. I am not a customer of Tire MD, but I pulled in and was taken care of immediately, very kindly and no questions asked. I will absolutely return as a paying customer.

I have been taking my Honda Pilot to Tire MD for over 5 years now and I have always received quality service at reasonable prices. The staff at Tire MD have always been courteous and strive to make my service experience the best. Their knowledgable mechanics are thourough and properly diagnose not only current problems, but also potential future issues (brake/rotor wear, tire wear, upcoming service needs, etc.) before they become major problems.
