Great company been dealing with them for 4 years the treat you with respect and are very helpful of course your gonna get people who get up set when they are forced to take back a car for failure to pay a bill and make a1 sound like the bad guys great people give them a try would recommend

The woman I talked to on the phone was pleasant and courteous. The woman who came to my home to get the keys to my broke down car was kind and she quickly got my car to the maintenance shop. I am very happy with A1 towing they got the job done quickly and were very courteous. Thank you A1!

Miserable 1st experience & LAST experience with A1 Towing. Geico had told them that I was going to clean out my car & release it by about Wednesday, & they took that as "the car is released, we'll have it towed on Wednesday", regardless of a plethora of personal items in the car, AND the fact that I did NOT release it yet. I called them Wednesday morning apologizing for not cleaning out my items earlier and that I was going to be on my way. The lady over the phone seemed irritated from the start & when I told her which vehicle she told me that it was already released, and to wait a minute. I then said that I specifically didn't release my vehicle for this reason, so it wouldn't get taken away with all my stuff, and the lady snapped and cut me off mid sentence and said "I said wait a minute". I immediately apologized & told her I wasn't trying to have an attitude, and she cut me off again with "OK". She told me that they are having it towed this afternoon & I had to come now. I drove over there and my experience didn't get better. I wasn't able to park next to my old car to get the stuff out, I had to park about 50 yards away. I had to carry all my camping equipment, emergency car stuff, and all my other personal items back & forth across the lot, and was not helped by employees or allowed to pull my car closer. While I was doing this a couple of older workers were making very sarcastic comments "Oh, did you smash the front of that car?, Yeah you did a good job." When the tow truck came, "Sorry this young lady is slow" when I was working as fast as I could with no help from staff. I later asked a staff member if he could help me get my stereo out & he treated me like I was stupid & told me that the stereo was supposed to go with the car & that if I wanted to take it, the insurance company would charge me. I had been treated with nothing but neglect, sarcasm, and abrasive temperaments thus far so I exclaimed that I'd leave the stereo but that it was "really dumb". The guy then told me I needed to "take a deep breath" and then he told me in an irritated tone that they'll just tow it tomorrow and he walked off. I finished cleaning out my car & I left. I don't know a lot about cars, I don't know how these things companies work, but that doesn't mean I should be treated like an idiot the entire time. DO NOT GO HERE THE EMPLOYEES DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

Let’s just say they sent someone to my house to pick up my car if that was Drunk or on drugs couldn’t even keep her eyes hardly open then when I got to the main office I walked through the door and have someone screaming at me to sign the paper I looked around and I Ask what are you talking to me and she said yes Then proceeded to tell me that if I use my debit card they were going to charge me another fee So I told him no I would go get cash then they proceeded to tell me I had 10 minutes to do all this I will never ever use this company again I’m never seen such an unprofessional bunch of people in my life

Called around 6pm and got a nice man on the phone. Told him I needed a flatbed tow truck and the guy they sent out, Barry, was very courteous, professional, and quick. We would use this company again.
