If you are reading the reviews here, you probably need something towed. Let me save you some time, and tell you I wouldn't hesitate to call the team at ACT Towing for what you need done. If you are interested in knowing why I think these guys are awesome, then please keep reading. I initially spoke with Andy and we spoke about my job. My project pickup needed to be moved from Meridian to Eagle. No problem. Shortly after my call with Andy, I was contacted by Blake. Blake would be handling the tow...this went perfectly. Communication, Competence, and Service was among the best I've EVER seen. The icing on the cake was the cost. The price of the tow was well under my expectation; and for a flatbed tow was a great value. Thanks again for the outstanding customer service and value! Andy was awesome, called a couple times this week to arrange towing on my Audi. He listened to everything I had to say and made sure that I was taken care of quick and efficiently. He also provided some of the best and friendliest customer service I’ve ever seen. Definitely will return if ever in need of another tow, and will recommend to anyone 10/10.

I'm new to the Boise area and wasn't sure who to call when my car broke down. I am sooo glad that I called ACT!! Super friendly and fast! Gave me a ride to the dealership and had a nice chat. It is so nice that when unfortunate things happen in life, there are companies like ACT who make it easier to deal with. Highly recommend!

Incredible service and company! I will recommend Act Towing to everyone. They were fast and efficient. Blake helped with everything I could possibly think of when my car needed towed today and taught me a lot, too. I'm so grateful for his service. I will call this company for all future needs. They're Affordable and do a wonderful job. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation not seem so bad !
