Decided to have ACT Towing take my vehicle to the car dealership after my check engine light started blinking. I choose ACT based on all the positive reviews I had seen and well, all the reviews were right! Charlie came and got my vehicle promptly, and was very professional and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend ACT Towing to anyone needing assistance with their vehicles.

I was about to leave the election's office in IDAHO early Monday morning but my car would not start. After numerous attempts to start it I called my insurance company’s roadside assistance. I completed the online request for help on my cell phone and was told they were searching for a vendor to tow my vehicle to my home. About 15 minutes later I received noticed that they had found a tow company in NORTH DAKOTA to come help me – the closest company they could find! I called the phone number shown at the bottom of my phone and talked with a foreigner who obviously knew nothing about the United States. I swear he ask my location at least 20 times and got hung up on the local zip code. After a very long conversation with him, he said he would contact a local Idaho company to come rescue me. I was finally contacted by Act Towing in Garden City. They showed up within about 6 minutes from calling me and did a wonderful job jumping my car which allowed me to drive home. The driver could have easily towed my car but saw no reason to go to the added effort. He knew from my description that a jump would likely start my car. From the time that I call roadside assistance to when the tow truck arrived was at least 2 hours leaving me sitting in the 30weather with no heat. The Act truck driver told me that he had only been notified 30 minutes prior to when he arrived. As you can tell I was not very impressed with the roadside assistance people. Got stuck at the top of Shafer Butte Rd up Bogus and after calling around these guys, specifically Jesse who I talked to, I was relieved that they were extremely considerate of the situation and tried to do as much as she could to help. Due to how late it was It wouldn't work out for that night and I ended up getting it out a few days later but was still very grateful for how much effort Jesse put into trying to get someone up there that night. Hopefully I won't need a tow in the future but if I do I'll think of these guys first.

Started a great day headed to Snowmobile park on Middle Fork Road. As we turned up-hill to the parking lot we encountered glazed Ice. We slid backward down hill, across Middle Fork Road and over the edge. This put our enclosed 4 place trailer completely over. We called ACT towing. They estimated a 60-90 minute wait. Only 30 minutes later they were there, fully equipped and with a tech that knew every trick in the book. He Chained his rig up, drove up the icy hill to a tree where he secured the front of his rig and then ran his back winch cables to my truck. HE took great care to ease the rig forward and retrieved both truck and trailer. Once on level ground he did a quick safety check for me and helped get the rig turned around on the narrow road. The customer service was first class. The skill set that he had was up to the task. I recommend ACT and their great team to anyone that needs the areas BEST towing/recovery company. If you are reading the reviews here, you probably need something towed. Let me save you some time, and tell you I wouldn't hesitate to call the team at ACT Towing for what you need done. If you are interested in knowing why I think these guys are awesome, then please keep reading. I initially spoke with Andy and we spoke about my job. My project pickup needed to be moved from Meridian to Eagle. No problem. Shortly after my call with Andy, I was contacted by Blake. Blake would be handling the tow...this went perfectly. Communication, Competence, and Service was among the best I've EVER seen. The icing on the cake was the cost. The price of the tow was well under my expectation; and for a flatbed tow was a great value. Thanks again for the outstanding customer service and value! Easily the best experience I have had with a tow company. Family owned, the driver that I worked with was respectful and courteous of my vehicle. They answered all my questions and were honest- which in this day and age is hard to find in a business. If I ever need a tow again, they are definitely the people I plan on calling!Service: Car towing

I had a flat tire and had Andy come out and look, and he filled up my tire, and didn’t charge me for it. I really appreciate this service. 5/5 will be calling if I ever need.
