Dispatcher would not give an ETA other than saying the truck has just left the shop. Since i am only about 5 miles from said shop, if that, i did not expect them to take more than 1 hour to reach me. Actually. They still havent reached me and are now letting all my calls go to voice mail. With a REAL ETA i can make real decisions and they can keep my business. This doesn't work for me.

I was in an accident and I was thoroughly impressed with how prompt their service was and how kind they were in such a delicate situation. The management is great and their team is willing to help readily. I highly reccommend them for your towing needs if you ever get in a tight spot in Burley and the surrounding areas.

Called for assistance left 2 messages and 12 hours later still no return call. Thank goodness we got out on our own.

These guys are awesome. We were driving our 36-foot motor home one night in Utah when we suddenly lost steering. It was late evening and very very dark out there on the side of the road. The tow boys showed up unbelievably fast and had us towed to their place in Idaha within a couple of hours. Not only did they tow --they drove us to our chosen motel in town - about 8 miles more. Next morning they had made the repair before noon and drove into town once more to bring us back to our rig. We were on the road again with hardly a hiccup. And the charges were minimal.
