Scott showed up early, was very helpful, courteous, gave me a ride to the dealership and waited until I had a car ride home and checked in to make sure I got home safely. Had a great experience with Eaton Towing today. Our bus broke down and they had a big truck to tow us to an auto shop. They run an hourly rate, so I was happy to see the driver hustling which saved me money. They even had to drop the drive line in order to tow and that took 10 minutes to disconnect. Plus, the driver was very friendly.

I made the mistake of driving while drowsy. One I will never make again. The right side of the car is messed up but Brandon came and took care of everything. He knew we were shaken up and told us to wait in the truck. He ensured us that we were okay, and that we got super lucky. He was the perfect balance of professional, yet comforting in a really hard situation. He gave us time in silence to process what happened but also was very easy and approachable to talk with. He helped answer questions on insurance and safety and recommended auto body shops. On top of everything else, the company was super fast and super affordable. The best thing Brandon said that I will probably take with me for the rest of my life is "two yawns in 90 seconds and you need to pull over" we couldn't have asked for a better tow truck driver in such a difficult Day. When my girlfriend and I got home, we were still shaken up, and made a list of things we were grateful for. Brandon was third on the list, after things like 'not dying'. My husband is a transporter. We had just picked up a trailer in Idaho Falls to take to Washington. We got about 45 minutes up the road and his truck died. It was dark and it was late. We called our roadside assistance provider and they arranged for a tow truck to come get us. Roadside assistance sent us a text saying that it would be 90-120 minutes before someone arrived. Eaton Towing showed up earlier than expected. The young man that was driving the tow truck was incredibly nice. He was professional and knowledgeable. He loaded the truck onto the rollback and then hooked to the trailer we were hauling and towed it as well. Once he got our truck dropped off at the dealership, he was nice enough to take us to a hotel and drop us off. There was no way to get a rental car or transportation since it was so late. Since we are from Virginia, we do not have any friends or family nearby. I wish I had gotten his name. He made our situation so much less stressful and we are very grateful to him and to Eaton Towing.Service: Special vehicle towing
