All American Towing

They happened to boot my girlfriends Chevy Cruse in the Towers Apartment parking lot when she had parked in visitor parking. Visitor parking shouldn't get booted until midnight. She came over after work just to say hi at 10:30pm and I walked her back down to her car at 10:40pm. She was gone for 10 minutes and they decided to boot her!!! When the man arrived, he automatically said cash or card without rationalizing with us on what transpired. We tried to explain that she had parked in visitor parking and that we were up and down in 10 minutes. We even showed the sign in the visitor lot that said cars were good til midnight. We also explained that there are always cars parked outside the visitor parking zones constantly. I'm pretty sure they don't check here often like they said they do because I rarely see boots anywhere. My girlfriend had to pay 60.00 dollars to the man to take it off because she had work the next morning. $60 for 10 minutes!! That's 3 weeks of groceries for us college kids. Honestly the man just wanted the money. They never really care once they put it on and they never really care to hear why they put boots on at random in order to make a living. If I could give this rating negative stars I would without question. I'm gonna take pictures next time of all the cars I see parked outside of the visitor zones that don't have boots. Maybe that will give them an urge to do their job correctly.

Got my car stuck out by Teton dam, called Darren up and he got me out. Super nice guy and reasonable prices!

The managers office was closed and I couldn’t get a parking permit. I emailed and called them to let them know. All of visitors parking was full so I parked next to it. I went out to check on my car to find it booted. Had to pay the $60 to get it unbooted. Visitor parking is suppose to be open till 1:30am on Saturdays. They booted my car at 12:30am. They wouldn’t listen to my situation.

People don't let the other rating steer you way from these guys my car broke down on the highway I called them up during dinner and the gentleman was very nice to my wife and I. They came and picked my car up and dropped it off were i wanted no problems at all. Thank you so very much.
