Cordell arrived in a timely manner, was professional and worked diligently to remove my vehicle that was stuck in a ditch.  After the vehicle was removed, he charged me what I was quoted over the phone. I would use this service again.

Zach was such a great help to us on our trip not only did he get our 5th hauled to repair shop but made phone calls to RV shops in the area that could get us in and out with minimal down time, thank you Zacc and Lindsey Towong for truly be helpful

Sent out a truck that I did not request after quoting me exorbitant prices. Then haggled over the phone until I paid him for a tow I didn't request or need anymore. Made a bad day worse.
