I came in to get a manicure done for prom and I felt that my nails were not well done at all. I needed tips (nail extensions) because my  nails are short and they totally messed them up. The white part of the tips took up 3/4 of my nails and only a 1/4 was nail bed. It looked horrific and I told them that that is not what I wanted. It took them an hour to "fix" it. The "fix was very subpar and would never return to get my nails/ acrylics done here.

I booked a 1 hour massage for my mom with Jaqueline, my mother was absolutely speechless when she came out. She felt amazing and wants to go back. The atmosphere was calming, I was told to wait in a lounge that served drinks and snacks. Everyone was so sweet and friendly. Naia the receptionist upstairs was so sweet and compassionate. Overall a wonderful experience. I would pick this location over any of the others.

I got one of the best pedicures in Baltimore here. Barbara is fantastic! I will visit her again for sure. Parking g us easy, prices are reasonable for a day spa, staff is pleasant and the chairs are comfy.
