They always have a movie playing while you get your nails done. They also serve alcohol and provide free mini water bottles. Nails always come out nice. Staff is hit or miss. Some are very talkative and friendly and others don't say a word to you

Kim has great costumer service and really backs the quality of her salon’s work. Great selection of color, very clean, and friendly nail technicians.

I would give this place a higher rating but with the pets walking around and the flies, I'm forced to believe the place is not sanitary. I thought it was me at first. I have gone here bi-weekly since June and a few times I have been told by staff I am unable to request a specific tech because they are all good. My manicures and pedicures last but the services are rushed and I have noticed an increase in fruit flies and flies in general. Yesterday, I couldn't even enjoy my wine or pedicure for fighting the bugs. I hadn't finished my wine and my tech took it and put it above the sink where you wash your hands. I noticed a line of used wine glasses, some with the remainder of customers' wine still left in them accompanied by a colony of insects. I was sick because it made me wonder where the leftover wine goes.
