Zina's Day Spa & Salon of Canton, Baltimore Maryland

This place is great! I got my mother a surprise spa day and she loved it. The staff here is so nice and caring and the owner is very thoughtful. She squeezed us in even though we didn’t have an appointment! Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Got my haircut and color touch up for the summer. My hair looks awesome. Friendly staff and service is wonderful. Lovely neighborhood salon.

I was there for the first time for a back wax and I had a very good experience . The lady at the front desk was very nice and guided me through the process.

The reviews for this place are all over the map- and I can see why. I had such a weird experience at this place. My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas for a spa manicure, pedicure, facial, massage and haircut. I scheduled the appt and arrived to find they could not do the facial due to inadequate staff and that I would need to return- this was fine because I was nervous about how my face would react to it, and I had plans that night. But, no warning previous to me coming in, so if I had been really pressed to get it, I would have been disappointed. The first experience was just ok but really, I felt uncomfortable during most of it. The communication is terrible during the visit and I sat in the massage room for 10 minutes after completion because I wasn’t sure where I was going. When I got home, my husband said that they were supposed to give me lunch, chocolate and champagne as well. This didn’t happen but I can’t say I am upset because I don’t know that I would trust any of that coming from them. When I came back for my second appointment, there were 2 girls behind the front desk. 1 did not speak a word the whole time and the other was clueless during the whole check in process. The second appointment was just as ok as the first one. Both times the owner kept trying to push “gel” polish on me and even told the person doing my mani/pedi that i was getting the gel even when i said no. Overall, I am not wowed, at all. I would not ever return here or recommend that anyone come here. I’m so happy that my giftcard is used up and that I don’t need to return.

Zina was amazing! I got a beautiful spray tan and she was friendly and efficient.
