They charged me for refraction service that I had specifically marked "no" to. Since they did not do any of the normal testing that I have done at my optometrist's office, I didn't realize that they were performing the refraction service until I went to pay for the service I went there for. At that point, I went ahead and paid for it instead of making a fuss. I took the prescription to the optician and it was so out of line with my previous prescription that she was reluctant to fill it. I called to get a refund and called again after waiting for over a month to hear from them. They refused to refund the fee. Will not go back to this place again.

How the **** can you charge $130 after insurance for a 10 minute eye exam and then refer me to another doctor with no medical information? Waste of money and time. Scumbags.
