The Ophthalmologist MD who conducted my examination was a good listener AND explainer, which I very much appreciated. Doctors who communicate well, as well as being thorough and informed, and supported by highly competent staff, are the best doctors. As far as we are concerned, you will find them at Shepherd Eye Center. No wonder this practice has thrived for so very many years, and will obviously continue to do so.

First visit. Very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Was taken in before our scheduled appointment time since We arrived early. From the reception to the payment process very knowledgeable in what each person is responsible for. Also very accommodating in seeing both (my wife and I) as a team. Thank You!

The staff at Shepherd Eye Center was very considerate and helpful. Dr. Cruvant gave me the reassurance I needed about my eyesight. It was a pleasant experience. I am usually anxious about seeing doctors---no matter what specialty.

I was very happy with the care I received from the shepherd eye center. I am not happy that I was told I had to pay for the refraction,$36.00 when it is covered by my insurance. When I contacted the office about the issue I was told my money will be refunded after they get paid. My money will take about a month or more to be refunded to me.

I had great results from my cataract surgery in two eyes. I had a followup visit that was done efficiently with all bases covered with refraction, glaucoma check, and retinal exam by Dr. Fant. Very favorable experience.
