Always a long wait but the staff is awesome! We just need more specialists in Vegas. Dr. Pernula is great and Dr. Liang was great with my sugery, phenomenal results.

Wonderful service, professional and friendly staff. They have their process done to a tee. I'm not easily impressed but I really was plus they incorporate improvements constantly .

Appointment at 830, 2 testing done, in the waiting area at 945. The time is now 1059p, just got called to exam room waiting for Doc. My concern, no one came to say "Dr running late". Too many patients being scheduled, ppl in waiting area over 1hr wait.

Only complaint is the wait time. That is absolutely not necessary to have your patients wait that long! I went with my mom and from 10am to 12pm she never saw a doctor. I had my husband there to be there for her, I had to get back to work. How can they do that to their patients that had surgery the day before. My mom was not the only one that was there that had surgery the day before. One lady was waiting almost a hour and she just had her eyes daialoted. Unreal! 😠

I was attended quickly after I arrived. However, the place was very dirty. The machines they used to test my sight were dusty, and unclean. From my visit, I came away with an infection in my left eye. My suggestion is if you go there bring sanitizing wipes, and clean the place where you sit, and where you put your chin on the machines, and make the people who attend you wash their hands in front of you. Don't let them check your eyes with that puff of air that they say the instrument never touches the eye. But, Doctor Keel was lovely.
