Academy Sports + Outdoors

We needed chairs for an outdoor event my family and I planned to attend - tried about every chair in the store but hadn't found the right one. Nick asked if he could help so we accepted his offer. This young man went way above and beyond to help us - explained differences in the different styles - even went to get a flat cart when we decided on the 6 we were going to purchase. I thought that was where the service would end but it didn't, he loaded the chairs, then loaded the easy up tent we selected, pulled the cart to the register, then helped me load the chairs in the car. I have read comments regrading poor service at this store - maybe this is where they turn the corner! Great Job Nick!

They have a great selection. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure I found what I was looking for and that all of my questions were answered. Great place to shop.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, good selection. Prices better than Cabela's.

If the management would make the friends of the employees leave. Instead of hanging out and playing around it would be a better place. I've never seen a place this bad.
