Academy Sports + Outdoors

Love this store. They have great products. A tad on the pricey side but I guess you get what you pay for. I'm trying hard to learn that lesson!

Good place to shop for indoor and outdoor sports items, guns, work shoes and a lot more. Staff is just OK. They won't volunteer to help you to find something and will try to disappear if they realize you need some help. It happened a few time.

These people are the best there is in customer service they just go out of their way to do anything that you asked him to do and it's got a lot of neat stuff on top of that

Lots of selection on evrything. Its a good store and the prices are generally good. They hire stock people though, not customer servive or sales associates. Kniw what you want and don't expect help... Not saying you wont get lucky.

They selection of sporting goods was fair. The set up of the store was not as polished as dick's in Fayetteville. The cashier that checked me out didn't speak at all when I got to the counter had a bit of an attitude. Basically threw my change at me as she answered the store phone and walked away. Not even a smile. I was tempted to speak with the manager on duty but was pressed for time. I've was a general retail management for 10 years and a district manager for 5 years. She would not have worked for me.
