Hey Karla, when you screw up someone's order. You apologize (because customer service), investigate, and rectify it. Not accuse other people of making the error you guys in fact made. Thankfully the baseball mom kept the order email to prove what we already knew. That someone on your end made the mistake. Did you ever even apologize!? No but you finally refunded us our money so thank you for doing what you should have done per our first conversation.
