Ace Hardware

Like any other chain there is a high turnover rate for this store. With a bunch of people who barely know what their doing No offense I have to give kudos to one guy… I’m not sure of his name but he’s the manager and has been there for years. He knows the answers to everything and appears to know that store like the back of his hand. They also usually have everything although, a bit pricier than other places. AND, they did stop selling those bomb chocolates in the front. But, other than that, all good.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and welcomed by everyone with a smile and good energy. Everyone was very kind, helpful and had the knowledge on the tools and supplies I needed. If I could I would give a rating of 10 stars.

Larry is super friendly. Answered questions for me and my shop buddy and helped guide us to the right purchase. He even made some jokes along the way. Thanks again Larry!

Normally this would be a 4-5 star rating because this store is generally awesome. The gentleman that was helping me out was doing his best to help me get a chipped key copied for my car. Before we even start he tells me the manager is normally responsible for chipped keys. He gets a hold of the manager and he comes over and tells him how to do it. Okay cool. We go outside to my car to get the reading from the ignition and it doesn't read. We go back inside and ask the manager for help and he tells him a different set of instructions. We go back outside again to get a reading from my car and no luck. Back inside again he finds the manual for the key reader. Completely different instructions from what the manager told him. Also the chipped keys are in the office, and if the manager would have taken the time to check if they even had the key for my car before starting this whole process I would have wasted only a few minutes of my time and the poor fella helping me instead of over a half an hour of going back and forth. The manager could have resolved this much quicker if he stepped up to the task he was responsible for.

Love this store they have everything and great customer service.

I am really satisfied with this store employees were rude but I did find what I came to look for. So that’s all that really matters

Asked for 3/8 plumbing T fitting. Wanted to sell my a shut off valve instead. Told me , with 3 decades experience I " didn't know what talking about". Finally found part I was looking for on my own. This Ace should be the " unhelpful hardware place. So different from all other locations I have been to in the Valley. Avoid like the plague if you need help from men in store. Checkout lady was nice at least.

Always have friendly ppl willing to help. Small store so not a huge selection but all the necessities are there. Great for a contractor like me.

Clean with a great variety of items. Full service hardware store.

Great service but parking is limited hard to get in and out of.
