Acord Auto & Self Storage

My husband and I drove two hours to Acord Auto because they had a vehicle in stock that we had been looking for. We had our financing all square before we drove down, and the whole process was the fastest I've ever encountered in purchasing a vehicle! Zach was so helpful and it's good to know that in the future, if we have a particular vehicle in mind and they don't have it right there, they will find it for us! You don't get service like that with big dealerships!! Thanks for getting us into our mini-van and we'll see you again when we look for our next set of wheels!

Bought a vehicle from here. Inspected it on their lift with their tech. Found a severely bad inner tie rod after the vehicle was already stickered with the owner right there. Had to bring the vehicle back three times for power steering issues with the pump. They chose to install two used pumps from a junkyard. Was without the vehicle three separate times. When we took delivery vehicle wasn't washed or vacuumed and only had a quarter of a tank of gas! Get with the program everone delivers with a full tank out of courtesy! Cheap used car dealer ethics with backyard mechanics.....stay away!

Went to Acord Auto with a specific vehicle in mind. When I arrived at the lot, I got a second to Check the car out before the salesman came out. I was greeted very kindly and from there, had a fantastic buying experience l. The staff is very friendly and it's an absolutely no pressure environment. I had a great time buying a vehicle from Acord. I'd recommend friends and family to check this place out!

Very good service! Quick and easy process of buying new vehicle. Trustworthy dealership with kind owners who take a sense of pride in the standard of their cars and would definitely recommend to anyone young or old looking for their first car or a used car in very good condition and affordable prices!

Some of the friendliest people I have ever come across. Very up front and easy to deal with during the car buying experience, the whole thing was so smooth and easy. There was a minor problem with the cruise control after purchasing and they just about bent over backwards getting it fixed up for me. Other than that the vehicle has performed as well as advertised and I would recommend anyone looking for a quality used car to check them out. I will definitely be returning next time I need a car!
