Used this place out of convenience. Big mistake. Hours are really limiting, not to mention closed on Sundays in the winter. Staff hounds you to get out if you are within an hour of closing. always a log jam at the one elevator. Stuff will stink like an old building. Kept charging my account even after I vacated my unit.

Currently making phone calls to get my deposit back. I vacated the unit days before my due date I only needed the unit less than 4 weeks. Every time I call asking for my deposit its a diferent excuse and that my deposit its on its way via US mail. But yet I keep getting late fees over due bills e-mails from them. And he has an attitude.

Pros - Fairly reasonable rental rates, doesn't require purchasing insurance. Heated and secure. Cons - The staff is kind of rude, if you show up before closing they tell you to hurry up so they can go home. Parking is awful, there's only like 10-12 spots in an extremely tight parking lot and good luck if you're trying to go there on a Saturday in the winter because of the indoor flea market in the same building. Access hours are extremely limited, and they're not open on Sundays during December and January either, which I found out the hard way. There's a single elevator and it's very old and the doors are manual. While it is really cool, a lot of people forget to close the doors which can be very frustrating especially when a lot of people are trying to use it.

The storage is safe a secure. The hours of availability to get to your stuff can be annoying. Also, if you show up within an hour of closing you will have to put up with people saying that you need to be out quickly because they want to go home. I have never been in there even close to closing but have been harassed with this 5 times. I am guessing they have had this problem alot.
