Renting the unit was done smoothly and helpfully with management. My exit was also done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend JMC to anyone needing a storage space.

The staff has worked graciously with me on several occasions regarding payment issues on my end, contacted me before I even moved items in the storage unit as they thought the uint I was originally assigned was not up to par, and the property and unit are very clean. I highly recommend this company for your storage needs!

My husband and I called them about our situation and the lady says my husband told her our stuff was in the unit when it is not we paid a month right now when we r not using it october 2017 the lady on phone is rude my husband and I will never use these guys again don't even listen to anything you say I think they only care about money

I highly recommend you find else where to store your items. We had nothing but problems from them and they rip you off! They double charged us for months and when they finally "figured out" what was going on and stopped double charging us they claimed we never paid. Also, they prorate you for moving in but not out. So if you move out on the second, you have to pay the whole month. That way they get every single penny out of you they can. The location is out of the way, there is never anyone there, and they take forever to get back to you if you have a problem. Better luck at Uhaul or some other place.
