Extremely unprofessional, inconsistent, and terrible communicators. Calls consistently went unanswered, promises unfulfilled, and problems unsolved. Our deposit was retained after we were told on several occasions that the funds were well on their way. Do your research thoroughly.

After 30 days and a damage free final walk through, I still not have received my deposit. They will not return my calls or respond to my emails. Now I have sue in small claims court. I hope I get Judge Judy !!! SMH!!

I've been working with Dustin for several years now, he manages two properties for me and has done a great job dealing with some really challenging tenants. I wasn't sure what to expect with a property management company, but AAPM has been spectacular and made my life much easier!
