Parkside Management

We are homeowners of several Parkside properties. Not only is their service horrible, but they do not seem like they put any of their money back into their business. The website is nearly impossible to use, and makes paying the HOA fee similar to doing a cross-word puzzle blind.

The worst management company i have ever dealt with. They do not comply with basic laws designed to protect consumers. There is not transparency in their finances and they make money on the back end of every maintenance issue. Stay away! Don’t let your community hire them.

We have had a great experience with Parkside. They are very responsive compared to most I have work with. I highly recommend them.

This management company takes incompetence to a whole new level. And their accounting practices are highly questionable. Run, do not walk, away from this company!

This is a HORRIBLE property management company!! Do NOT do business with this company. They have horrible to NO response time on property issues and communications. I would not recommend them to my dog kennel.

One of the most unprofessional companies. The manager for my neighborhood isn't capable of writing a complete sentence. Her communications to the neighborhood are an embarrassment to the entire community. This company adds no value. With so many other options, avoid at all costs.

Get ready for complete frustration! They blow you off continually. Unbelievably poor communication.
