If a repair is needed, they send one of their contractors out right away, and their contractors know what they are doing so the repair is done correctly and promptly. They make renting pleasurable. Last year I moved across country and had Cooper Brown Real Estate lease my home. Through their marketing and comprehensive screening process, they found tenants that were a great fit for my home and neighborhood. My tenants had to relocate after fulfilling their 1 year lease, so we are currently seeking new tenants. I have no doubt they'll find another great tenant. Their office staff Jason & Nicholas are very responsive when any issues arise. Since I'm so far away, it was very important to entrust my home to a competent property manager. Long, professional, rewarding relationship! Cooper Brown managed my rental property for over 20 years. This team has a sense of urgency, and professionalism that is hard to find in a property management company. I can't recall having a vacancy last even a month as they were able to find tenants quickly with a reliable payment history. When maintenance issues arose they were quick to notify me, present solutions, and hire the right individuals to resolve the issue. They are well versed in household repairs so they are able to keep the cost down and vendors accountable. They also kept the tenants happy throughout the repair process as well.
