Advance Auto Parts

Very courteous staff as well as polite. I was on my way to work when I stopped in and they had me in and out within maybe all of five minutes. They not only knew what part I was looking for but also had it in stock. While I had called another auto parts store those other places had no clue what I was asking about. I will be returning to Advance Auto for my future auto needs.

Manager is a complete jerk, I went in and it was almost like I did not exist since I was asking about a refund. He said not our problem it's in your banks hands and that was 6 days ago. I have never seen a refund ever take that long, but the more and more I read it seems standard practice for AA to do this. Seems they are holding on to it for a lengthy period, I guess they they love loosing customers to their competition since I will never go to AA again just because of this JERK manager. Horrible customer service, I am sure the regular employees are outstanding. It was not so much about the refund, more about the treatment from the manager.
