O'Reilly Auto Parts

From my experience O'Reilly employees usually have more knowlege about cars and motorcycles than your average advanced of autozone employee. Never had a bad experience at an o'reillys

these guys have lost my business, I will gladly go buy used from the salvage yard from now on. I ordered a radiator cooling fan resistor for my car on sunday at noon. The guy says they will have it on their 7am knoxville truck. I smiled and left assured my car would be fixed the next morning. boy was I wrong. I go in at 8:15, a different guy said he didnt understand why I was told 7am truck as they never get a truck at 7am from knoxville on monday morning. I asked when it would be there and he said 10:30. I said ok and left. I returned at noon to get my part. Same guy says no, not here, it'll be here at 3:30. That was the last straw. I can't stand being lied to. I left there, went to davis salvave in watauga and had my part with wiring in 10 minutes. I paid 5 dollars, and left smiling knowing I didn't have to pay the 50 dollars o'reilleys wanted and didnt have to get lied to about my parts either. From now on, to davis recycling I will go. Thanks o'reilleys for leading me to a much cheaper parts outlet with no hassles and no lies.

Don't go to the one on the Parkway in Bristol Tn. They're rude and bad service.

Purchased a brake light switch. When I got home I found that it was used. I had to take it back.
