Terrible customer service. Also the employee didn't know what he was doing and or talking about. Told me he couldn't check my battery read the results. Because something was "actively draining the battery". I took my vehicle to a shop... NOTHING WAS DRAINING MY BATTERY. Battery was in excellent condition. I will NEVER go to this location ever again.

Jay at the Cleveland avenue store was great.   He made sure I got the right thing and installed the wiper blades.    I returned when they weren't quite right and he fixed the issue immediately.   Good, friendly service.

This location is great. They installed my battery for free as is advertised really quickly. The staff are friendly. Another location I went to said they couldn't do it and gave some lame excuse. Also it seemed this location was popular and they had more customers. The cashiers were processing quickly so there wasn't much wait.

Had to get car jumped before returning to Warren.   So I stopped to have battery tested 1/12/21 and replace the battery if needed.   Which was discussed before they would test it.  Was told battery was still good.  Long story short....it was not good.   Would not recommend going here.

Went in here to buy a battery. It was cold outside but I had to walk. The guy Brandon that works there got me the right battery a d told me you don't have to walk back I will take you. Wow I was shocked at the offer. Thank you so much to him made the moment much easier to deal with..

I didnt "hate" the place. But when you advertise installing batteries, you should actually have the people and tools there to do so. This is the second and last time I have attempted to buy a battery from Advance. Other than that, it is an okay place to buy some parts.

Love this place . it is in my neighborhood . people here are always ready to help. The moment I entered the store the lady at the cashier asked if she can help me find anything . she came all the way out to help me fix my car . I was just in and out . I love it ! Love the customer service there.

Employee went above and beyond to help me..I believe the Girls name was Lacey..She was extremely knowledgable...Will definitely return to this store over the others where sometimes I am treated like a fool bcuz I am a Women & I guess that means I know nothing about Cars..Every Employee was nice
