He fixed the issue for a reasonable price, then looked at all our appliances and shared some very helpful tips for keeping them all running well. That was much appreciated. Our washing machine worked great for a month before breaking down again. This time Dean came out and recommended that the motor be replaced, which he did at cost. No mark up. No service charge. Dean came to my home recently for a dryer repair. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the dryer up and running the next day after returning with the necessary part. The price was fair, and he walked me through some basic maintenance tips for all my appliances. Excellent response time and extraordinary service.

Had issues with my washer. Dean came out the same day. He diagnosed the issue right away. He didn’t have the part water pump, so he drove into town, picked up the part, came back and fixed it. All within a couple hours. I mentioned to him that my dishwasher was having an issue too. He took my dishwasher apart, diagnosed the issue, and showed me where to get the part for $8.99. The dishwasher diagnostic was free of charge. Dean is a local private business owner. This was the first time I have used his services. Very professional. I highly recommend him.
