We have a small dumpster for our business, which we have emptied every other week. Advanced Disposal is unfortunately the only service provider in our area. They have the worse customer service and their employees don't tell the truth. They skipped our dumpster a few weeks ago so I called and told them about it. They said they were going to give me a bill credit, but then turned around and said no, they weren't because the driver is saying he didn't skip us (which isn't true). Also they left garbage from the dumpster laying all over the yard that I spent hours picking up. The driver also denied that. Advanced Disposal doesn't care about their customers at all and I wish there was another provider in the area, because I'm just so tired of dealing with them. Another issue we had with them: This happened several years ago. We were on an every other week contract and we found out that they had been charging us for weekly disposal for OVER A YEAR. I emailed them the contract as proof and they wouldn't give us a refund for all the time we overpaid. Literally all they care about is their bottom line.

Had Advanced Disposal for over 2 years now. I’ve not had one bit of trouble with them other than running a day or so behind because of weather. They seem to run around 7:30 in the morning on Wednesday where I live. They have always been really nice in person and over the phone.

From missed pick up days to new rules applying long after your service has been running, I find it very frustrating dealing with this company. If you're going to put a bag limit, which has not affected me, and rules about breaking down boxes and tying them up You should present the information to the customers when they set up service not four years later. It stinks walk outside to put your trash can in only to find that a small box was left on the ground beside your trash can in the rain. One small box, is it that big of an issue? Especially aggravating when you see that the larger boxes and junk left by your neighbors trash cans were all picked up.

So sick of getting the run around. They didn't pick up my garbage and when I asked why they said they put a suspension on my pickup for not paying the bill. However, I had paid the bill and when the guy looked at it he said that was correct and that he would fix the mix up. He said that they would be by the next morning to pick up my garbage. It is now currently 2:00 in The afternoon and no one has yet to come by. I called again and they said it would be next week because of the suspension put on my account. When I explained the situation that it was their fault not mine she told me a manager would call me back. That was at 11:00 it is now 3 hours later. I am about to switch to a new company

Never picked up my trash and I never received a bin. Called to cancel my services and receive a refund, and was told they would have to call me back because their computers were down. No one ever called back, and when I called again a week later they wouldn't refund me my full amount, but $10 less. I was on hold for upwards of 15 minutes most times I tried calling. Definitely would not recommend, it's been a headache.
