Waste Connections of Ky

Didn’t pick my trash up on schedule so I called the company. They tried to push me off the phone by telling me they would schedule a pick up five days away past my scheduled pick up date. I asked for a manager then the got put on hold, they came back and told me it will get picked up in a day. It never gets picked up. I call back that day they tried to pass the buck and denied that they lied. They wouldn give me a manager but kept trying to put it off on the drivers but wouldn't tell me who was in-charge. It’s been two weeks and still waiting on my trash to be picked up. Terrible service no organization no way to get issues resolved because I have been refused in my request to speak with a supervisor of any kind. They just pass the buck. Waste Connections sucks!

Our trash is always picked up right on time and our trash man is super friendly! We love our service with Waste Connections.

I have had service for a little more than one year. My trash has been forgotten three times. I have called multiple times to get the situation rectified to no avail! I certainly wish I had another company to try because their employees have been extremely rude and proven to be incompetent thus far. I guess, a burn barrel is in my future!
