Central KY Landfill & Hauling

I had a disaster left when a reprehensible person left a big mess. NO problem paying and restoring service, didn't leave a scrap behind, I want to HUG who picks up on my route! GREAT job! Truly appreciated.... Thanks.

Dump my trash in the street than left. Im not even gonna bother asking why. Judging by the reviews im not the only one.

Called three times to get pricing for roll off dumpsters for a commercial project. The first two times I was transferred to a non working number. The third time I called back and the receptionist was rude and instructed me to leave a message, I was then transferred again and the sales persons mailbox was full!

I was late one month. Was given a notice about $15 charge. When I called to pay they slapped on a $23.47 charge to come back and get trash. When I explained we were new and unaware of their practices and since I had never been late and was not informed when the trash would not be picked up, could they extend a professional courtesy and waive the $23.47 fee. She then pretty much laughed at me and said no (this was a supervisor) When I asked to speak to her manager or someone above her she said she didn't know who that would be and she'd have someone call me back. I explained that it was bad business to not inform customers of their policy then add on the $23.47 charge. We will see if anyone calls me back. So far not impressed with this company. It sucks because you have to use their services or not get your trash picked up. There should be choices.

I didn't think there could be a waste company worse than legacy carting but central Ky hauling proved me wrong. They only pick our garbage up 1 or 2 times a month and customer service has been terrible. They're paid for a service that they do not complete and refuse to refund what they owe meaning they steal client's money. This company is ridiculous and I wouldn't trust them to get any kind of job done. They are rude on the phone and are disrespectful, always full of excuses since they have no idea how to manage and run a business.
