The girl at the gate is the most hateful person I have ever encountered in a customer service position. She should NOT be addressing the public. She said I needed a more current bill.. The bill I had was the current bill. It was paid 4 days ago. LaGrange utilities won't be mailing new bill til end if month. Not sure how I can produce a bill that hasn't been mailed yet. 
The hours on this station's website are incorrect. She said they can't change the internet and we had 10 minutes. 
Very rude person. 
Bring help. There is no one to help you.
