Just got a $35 surcharge on an already overpriced service. I do have another option on my street and I'm going to switch over like like my neighbors have.  Hate to do it; my service has always been good, but has gotten too expensive.

I wish a zero was possible.  Waste Management services are ABSURDLY expensive relative to other options in my area.  When I called to cancel, she tried to "explain" the rates by telling me that they have the largest fleet of trash removal vehicles in the nation.  If you're the biggest company in the country, why can't you be competitive in pricing?  Ridiculous.

I wish I could give Waste Management zero stars instead of one! I've been asking these people to pick up my 96 gallon trash cart for the last 3 months. I've contacted them on four occasions and each time they want to keep talking about pricing. I've told these people I will use my own trash cart but they have yet to complete a simple task which is picking up their 96 gallon trash cart. They charge you a fee for renting their trash cart that's why I'm sure they haven't picked it up yet. But I'll be reporting them to the BBB as well. I wouldn't recommended this company to nobody!!!!!!!  Go with a different company!!!!
